Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage the cabinets in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the items back to our warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in sellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
