Do the garage cabinets arrive pre-assembled?
We offer both pre-assembled and RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) options. Our premium welded steel series typically ships fully assembled, while our modular wood systems are designed for easy home assembly with included hardware.
What is the weight capacity of each cabinet shelf?
Weight capacity varies by model. Our heavy-duty industrial series can support up to 300 lbs per shelf, while our standard residential units are rated for 75-100 lbs per shelf, provided they are properly anchored.
How are the cabinets shipped and what are the costs?
Due to their size and weight, most cabinets ship via LTL freight. We offer free curbside delivery on all orders over $999 within the contiguous United States. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Are these cabinets resistant to humidity and temperature changes?
Yes, our cabinets are specifically designed for garage environments. Our steel units feature powder-coated finishes to prevent rust, and our wood-based units use moisture-resistant laminates to prevent warping.
What is your return policy for large storage systems?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard items. Products must be in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of freight shipping, return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Can I customize the layout of a cabinet set?
Absolutely. Most of our systems are modular, allowing you to arrange lockers, base cabinets, and wall units to fit your specific garage dimensions. You can also purchase additional individual units to expand your set later.
