Heavy-duty 304 stainless steel housing and a 304 stainless steel cooking surface with cast-iron and an aluminum base plate deliver consistent heat and robust durability. The 6 mm cooking plate (0.24 in) with perforations and two U-shaped stainless-steel burners provide 18,000 BTU of steady cooking power for even searing and temperature control. Push-button ignition, dual safety valves with thermocouples, and a 3/8" gas fitting support reliable operation in indoor commercial kitchens. Removable, dishwasher-safe grease trays and a perforated plate design simplify grease management and daily cleaning. Texas Sea Glass Matte finish reduces glare and offers a professional, low-reflective surface suited to high-volume foodservice environments.
